Append a courier/company package-count summary page and a SKU quantity summary page at the end of the output. Label ordering itself is automatic and no longer tied to this setting: higher-quantity orders (4, 3, 2, 1...) print first by default, or grouped by Courier/Sold By/SKU if those are turned on above -- this option only adds the extra summary pages at the bottom.

Amazon-only quick switch: strip every invoice page from the output PDF, leaving just the order labels. Independent from "Invoice handling" above and from the other marketplace tabs. Applies to both the main output and the separate review-orders file below, so turning this on removes the invoice from both.
Auto Detect only trims whitespace. 4×6, 4×4 and A4 scale your label to actually fill the exact output size.
One label fills the page.
Detect the printed content area and trim surrounding margin.
Center the scaled label within the output size instead of anchoring it to a corner. Only applies to 4×6, 4×4 or A4 — has no effect on Auto Detect.
Amazon prints the label and tax invoice on the same page. Set the fixed area (as a % of the page) that covers just the label — it's applied to every page, and everything outside it (invoice + whitespace) is dropped from the output.
Tip: process one file, check the output, then nudge these numbers — they stay fixed for every page and every file after that.
Moved to the Basic tab: "Treat "Valmo Express" same as "Valmo"", "Add Order Summary (Bottom)" and "Separate Review Orders — using list" now live on the for quicker access — nothing about how they work has changed.

Auto-detects each label's own Prepaid/COD marker (no list needed) and pulls every COD order into its own separate PDF, removed entirely from the main (Prepaid) output. On Meesho/Flipkart/Myntra this reads real text directly off the label. On Amazon, the label itself has no text layer, so this instead reads its paired invoice: Amazon only prints a payment-transaction block on the invoice when it actually took an online payment, so its absence reliably means the order is COD. (Falls back to a visual ink-density scan of the label's own marker only if no invoice could be paired.)
Auto-detects each label's own "Exchange" marker and pulls every exchange order into its own separate PDF, removed entirely from the main output. Runs independently of Separate COD Orders above, so an exchange label is pulled into its own file even if it's also COD.
Meesho & Flipkart: auto-detects labels whose delivery address looks suspiciously thin — just a bare word or number where a house/street/locality would normally be — or whose PIN code isn't a valid Indian PIN code (6 digits, not starting with 0), and pulls those into their own separate PDF for manual review, removed entirely from the main output.

1. Upload
Drop in one or more Meesho PDF exports. Each is validated for file type, size and duplicates.
2. Analyze
Every page's text is read to detect order IDs, SKUs, quantities, couriers, sellers and whether it's a label or an invoice.
3. Configure
Choose sorting, invoice handling, output label size, picklists and store QR stamping in the settings panel.
4. Crop
A whitespace-detection pass scans the rendered page for the printed content area and trims the margin.
5. Sort & assemble
Pages are grouped and reordered by seller or courier, merged, and picklist pages are inserted at your chosen interval.
6. Download
Get back a print-ready PDF plus a CSV SKU summary — previewable right in the page before you save it.

How do I crop a Meesho shipping label?
Upload the PDF, keep "Crop White Space" enabled on the Label tab, choose 4×6 or 4×4, and click Process — LabelFlow detects the printed content and trims the margin automatically.
Can I process multiple Meesho PDFs at once?
Yes — drop in as many files as you like. With "Merge Files" enabled they're combined into a single output PDF.
Can I keep invoices with the labels?
Yes — the Invoice tab lets you keep them cropped, keep them at original size, or remove them entirely.
Are uploaded PDFs secure?
Your files never leave your device in this build — parsing, cropping and merging all happen locally in your browser tab.

What's real: Upload, PDF analysis, order/courier/SKU detection, whitespace-aware cropping, sorting, merging, invoice handling, picklist generation, date/time stamping and store-QR stamping all run for real against your PDFs using pdf-lib and pdf.js, entirely in your browser. Your account, processing settings, processed-file history (including the actual output PDFs), and saved Store QR codes are all saved to your own WordPress site — they survive a refresh, logging out, and logging back in again, on this device or any other.
